What is Geography?

 Geography is the study of the Earth's landscapes, environments, and the relationships between people and their surroundings.  It covers a wide range of topics, including physical features such as mountains, rivers, oceans, and deserts, as well as human-related aspects like cities, cultures, economies, and political boundaries.

 Technology: The World Wide Web was invented by Sir Tim Berners-Lee in 1989. The first iPhone was released by Apple in 2007. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an area of computer science focused on creating intelligent machines.

 Art and Culture: Leonardo da Vinci's "Mona Lisa" and Michelangelo's "David" are renowned works of art. The Olympics, with origins in ancient Greece, are a global sporting event held every four years. The musical "Hamilton" by Lin-Manuel Miranda achieved critical acclaim and popularity.

 Literature: William Shakespeare is often regarded as one of the greatest playwrights and poets in history. "To Kill a Mockingbird" is a classic novel written by Harper Lee. "1984" and "Animal Farm" are famous dystopian novels by George Orwell. "Pride and Prejudice" is a well-known novel by Jane Austen.
